Scéal 🏳️‍🌈

Scéal are Mark & Lorraine, an Irish duo working across Film, TV and Advertising.

Lorraine began in the arts as a theatre actor, before moving into film and TV. She has written and directed several short films which have featured in international festivals. Mark has worked as a creative for the last 10 years. Originally starting his career as a creative in feature film advertising, he then moved into writing and directing content and commercials.

They met in London and formed Scéal over five years ago and their current short film All These Men That I’ve Done has been officially selected for several Oscar and Bafta affiliated film festivals and picked up some nominations and awards along the way including Best UK Short and Best Women in Film at Bolton International Film Festival and are due to screen in competition at the London Short Festival.
